Cancellation Policy

📅 Appointments All services must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. A confirmation email or text will be sent once your appointment is booked. ⏳ Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. 🚫 No-Shows Failure to be present at the time of your appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service total. 🌧️ Weather Conditions If bad weather prevents us from completing your service, we will reach out to reschedule at no charge. 🚘 Vehicle Condition Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and all personal items are removed prior to service. Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., pet hair, sand, stains) may be subject to an additional fee if not included in your selected package. 💳 Payments Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, mobile payments, and cash. Prices vary based on vehicle size. Please select the correct size when booking to avoid service delays.
